Does what it should
sturdy rack but bikes move

I’ve had this rack now for 2 yrs. In year one, one of the straps broke on a 500 mile road trip. It’s difficult to mount bikes that don’t have a traditional top tube (which is just about every mountain bike these days), so you’ll need to spend more $$ on Bike Beam’s (~$40/bike). So, using extra bungee cords, we just completed the same 500 mile trip up to Oregon and when we arrived, my son’s bike was dangling off the back, with another strap literally ripped out of the mount on the rack bar itself. It’s a 10yr old’s bike for goodness sakes! Poor quality IMO.
